Delta Airlines is simply the best in the Sky. There is no doubt. They are Non Union and Proud of it. You can always count on delta to have the most competitive fares of all of the Full service Air Carriers (American, United, Continental, Northwest, US Air).

Believe me the extra $10 - $50 you spend to fly Delta verses Air Tran or Southwest will be worth it when you get into a jam with a flight cancellation because of maintenance or crew issues. If it is Delta Air Lines fault they will take as best care of you as they can. Unlike the Low Cost air carriers, Delta will re ticket you on another airline and forward your luggage if possible.

delta does not compete with southwest because for 1 they fly in and out of Georgia when southwest does not. Two different markets.

i fly delta 2-4 round trips a month. I'm a "platinum medallion" frequent flyer, and love the airline.

Delta has a cool logo thats been around a long while, I've always liked there paint schemes, I liked there old slogans The "We love to fly & it shows" which I wish they would of kept" one & the one that went "you love the way we fly." I've flown with them the most cause they go were I need or want to go. You can go practicly anywhere with them thanks their merger with Western. I've flown on there 727-200, 737-200, 757, 767-300 & 400, & L1011. I'm really glad US airways didn't take them over. US airways can never seem to keep there own they always & trying to take over someone else to make themselves supposedly look better I guess. They took over my PSA the catch a smile. The airline had a cool smile on their planes. Anyhow they took it over & basically bought the planes & sold the routes. They also too over America West also a good airline. So I'm glad Delta is still Delta. My Delta as they say.

I love Delta. My airline of choice. Always has been, always will be.
